Gay Fest i Bukarest/Rumänien
Pridefestivalerna i öst-centraleuropa har mötts av konservativa protester, senast var det Gay Fest i Bukarest. Jag fick en fin men lite sorlig rapport från min spanske vän Jorge:
Dear all:
On Saturday we celebrated here in Bucuresti, the traditional gayparade. For those of you used to the huge demonstrations in other places this can seem a little bit sad. It wasn´t, here is where it has sense these kinds of political demands, as you can see in the links i add we were not so many and the people against were really looking to beat some of us....
As far as i know, nothing serius happened. Now is done, i am really happy of being there and very proud of all those friends, gays or not, who came there to support it.

Pd: if you have time give a look to the links, you will realise how necessary is activism to change, step by step, the romanian conservative way of thinking. I have to admit that i also add them because i look great in some of the pics, don´t I??
